Danfoss FC 280 is a frequency inverter for general motor control with integrated machine safety functions. With 1.1 kW output power and 3-phase 3 x 380-480 VAC supply, this model is dimensioned for applications with corresponding motor output. The ip20 enclosure is intended for cabinet installation in a protected environment.
Danfoss FC 280 comes standard with Safe Torque Off (STO, IEC 62061 SIL 2 / ISO 13849 PLd), eliminating the need for an external safety relay in machine applications. The compact plug-in design supports fast installation and is suitable for DIN rail mounting.
This version is also equipped with integrated Profibus DP communication as standard, enabling direct connection to PROFIBUS-based automation systems without an option card.
